Our cellar door will open to the public on 10th April 2025
Domaine Evremond is situated within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, just outside Chilham, Kent.
Whilst our tours and guided tastings must be booked in advance, we also welcome walk-ins on a first-come, first-served basis to taste our long-awaited first release, Classic Cuvée Edition I, on our panoramic terrace. Please note that the terrace opening hours are weather-dependent, so do call ahead to check on 01227696055. Our wine can be purchased at the cellar door to take home or enjoy on-site. Tours & Tastings
We offer a guided tasting and estate tour that can be booked via the website. Guests will be able to taste Domaine Evremond’s highly-anticipated inaugural release, Domaine Evremond Classic Cuvée Edition I. Please note that tours and tastings must be booked in advance.
Our visitor experiences introduce guests to the story of the estate, its winemaking, and viticultural practices, while showcasing Domaine Evremond’s outstanding natural surroundings.
Classic Cuvée Tasting and Domaine Tour
A guided tasting of the Domaine Evremond’s inaugural release, Classic Cuvée, and a tour of the estate’s vineyards. This experience includes two glasses of our first-ever Classic Cuvée, one tasted amongst the vines and the other in our state-of-the-art winery.

Private Hire
Our stunning cellar door, which looks onto the press and tank rooms on one side and our vineyards on the other, is available for private hire. Seating up to 40 people, it is the perfect setting for a private party or corporate event. Our cellar door team is on hand to help create an unforgettable experience for your guests at Domaine Evremond.

What are your opening hours?
The cellar door will open on 10th April 2025, Wednesday to Saturday 10:30 – 17:30.
Do you offer tours without tasting sessions?
No, all tours include a tasting of first edition Domaine Evremond Classic Cuvée. We can offer a soft drink alternative.
Can we come for a tasting session without taking an Estate tour?
Yes, guests are welcome to book our Classic Cuvée Tasting without having a tour of the estate. Guests can also taste first edition Domaine Evremond Classic Cuvée on the panoramic terrace on a first-come, first-served basis, weather-permitting.
Are bookings mandatory?
Yes, all our visitor experiences must be booked in advance. Bookings can be made via the website. However, guests can also taste first edition Domaine Evremond Classic Cuvée on the panoramic terrace on a first-come, first-served basis, weather-permitting.
Can children come on a tour?
We are unable to accommodate children on our group tours and tastings, but they are welcome to join for a soft drink on our terrace.
Are pets allowed on site?
Dogs are not permitted on estate tours or in the cellar door, but well behaved dogs are most welcome on the terrace for walk-ins. We ask that you keep them on a lead and clear up after them.
Need to make a change or cancel your booking?
We do not offer refunds on bookings, but if you are unable to attend a tour or tasting, your booking can be changed for the same activity on a different day, subject to availability. Notice must be given 72 hours in advance to qualify for an exchange, and all exchanges are at the discretion of Domaine Evremond.
What should I wear on my tour?
If you are booked onto the estate tour, there will be an opportunity to tour the vineyard and enjoy a glass of our Classic Cuvée among the vines. As such, please dress accordingly (to keep yourself warm and dry), including suitable footwear.
Can I leave my car overnight?
No, cars cannot be left on site overnight.
Can I book a private tour for a special occasion or group event?
We accept online bookings of up to 6 people on both the tasting and tour. If you would like to book for more than 6 people, please email bookings@domaineevremond.com. Our state-of-the-art cellar door can also be hired for private and corporate events.
When should I arrive for my tour?
We ask that you arrive 5 - 10 minutes before your allocated start time.
Will my tour still happen if it's raining?
Estate tours will continue come rain or shine (if very wet, the first glass of wine may be enjoyed in our cellar door, rather than the vineyards). However, if the estate is under a met office weather warning we will call you in advance to rearrange.
Do you have a shop at your estate?
Yes – from 10th April 2025 wine can be purchased to take home from the cellar door, along with a special selection of Domaine Evremond merchandise.
Can we go to the shop even if we haven’t been on a tour of the estate?
Yes, the shop will open to the public on 10th April 2025, Wednesday to Saturday 10:30 – 17:30.
Can visitors buy something to eat on-site?
Apart from our forthcoming food pairing experience (launching later in spring), we do not currently provide any food on site. Our team will be able to advise on local restaurants and pubs that serve food.
Can I book a table on your terrace?
Due to the unpredictable British weather, we do not take bookings for our outdoor tables. These tables are available on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Can I walk from Chilham station?
Yes, the winery is a 20-minute walk from the station. Chilham is just one hour by train from London St Pancras (via Ashford) or there are direct trains from London Bridge or Charing Cross.
